TYPES OF BRANDING METHODS YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM
SCREEN PRINTING
With this process the logo is transferred onto a substrate via a mesh screen. The ink is moved over the mesh using a blade, a reverse stroke causes the screen to touch the substrate. The ink wets the substrate and can be pulled out of the mesh. Ultimately the screen moves away from the substrate and the ink remains.
DIGITAL PRINTING
An image is sent directly to the printer. There is no need to create a plate. Digital printing allows fast turnaround times and printing on demand.
PAD PRINTING
This process transfers a 2-D image onto a 3-D object. This is achieved by using an indirect offset printing process that transfers the image from the cliché via silicone pad onto the substrate.
HEAT TRANSFER
A design is printed in reverse on special release paper. The printed image is placed against the substrate and subjected to high temperature and pressure. Once the substrate is cooled, the release paper is removed and the image will remain

LASER ENGRAVING
This is done by a laser that melts & evaporates a products surface. The laser beams removes the material leaving the product with the engraving.
SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Specialized inks are used to print a full color image onto specialized paper. Achieved with polyester & polymer-coated substrates. Heat and pressure are applied to a solid, turning it into a gas. Resulting in a nearly permanent, high resolution full color print.
DIGITAL TRANSFER
A digital image is printed onto special transfer paper. The products that needs to be branded is treated with a chemical before the logo is applied. Transfer paper is applied transferring the ink onto the product. The product is then treated with a sealing chemical.
DOMED DECALS
This is achieved by applying an epoxy resin over a regular decal, a clear dome is created. This makes a 2-D dome ‘s color stand out. It can also lengthen a products life span, it creates a scratch-, fade and weather-proof layer.
