TYPES OF BRANDING METHODS YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM

DOMED ZIP PULLERS

Stickers are digitally printed in full color and automatically cut to the correct size. The stickers are coated with polyurethane resin, this gives a three dimensional appearance. The sticker is attached to the zipper using a split ring.

DEBOSSING

A logo is pressed into the surface of the garment, heat and pressure is used to create a permeant stamped impression. Subtle and classy branding, perfect for waterproof garments.

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery decorates the fabric with designs stitched in strands, the process is driven by computers. The machine automatically creates a design from pre-made logos. Available in 9 different thread colors. A permanent upmarket branding solution.

HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING

A digital image is printed onto a special vinyl, the vinyl is then placed onto the fabric, on the desired position. A heat press is used to heat and press melt the vinyl, ultimately merging the print with the fabric.

LASER ETCHING

A state-of-the-art laser is used to remove the dye from the material surface of the garment, with laser etching technique. This creates a tone on tone look, that can not be done by any other process.

SCREEN PRINTING

With this process the logo is transferred onto a garment via a mesh screen. Perfect when using large and bold logos, it provides excellent coverage. Allows up to 6 colors to be printed.

SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Specialized inks are used to print a full color image onto specialized paper. The paper is firmly adhered to the surface of the fabric, heat is applied to the image on the paper using a heat press, the ink is then transformed from solid to gaseous state, ultimately the ink infuses with the fibers that permanently bonds the image to the garment
